I got my package yesterday from Victoria's Secret, I had ordered the bride hoodie from them. And when I unwrapped it from the packaging it had a small stain on it! And even though the stain is small, 1) why does my brand new hoodie have stain anyway, and 2) it is SOOOO noticeable because it is this brown stain against a stark white top!
Now I have to go through all the nonsense of returning it and waiting for my new one.

ughhhhh that is sooo annoying, make sure you call them and have them reimburse any shipping costs for sending it back. I've had this happen with them before, it's a pain in the butt,

Ohh that's frustrating. I can relate. I had one incident where I ordered Juicy track set from Neiman Marcus and it had a rip! It look like it was sliced with a box cutter. I was SO upset. But they took care of it right away. I am sure VS will take care of this for you.

it was prob returned by someone else and you got the one they returned i would try to get the stain out myself first. if they didnt work, then i'd send it back ... use one of those tide to go pens or something... returning is a hassle
