i am just wondering if its me and the stress etc... but i have been getting colds sooooo much since i booked the hall in september!!! i am also about to move to a new apartment as well and i just feel like every two weeks or so i get the sniffles or worse!!

YES, I am atleast once a month. Last month over Christmas I had viral conjuctivitis and lasted 2 + weeks which gave me a cold, and now I am all stuffed up again! I am just thinking it's stressed induced, plus not eating healthy.

i hear ya..have had bronchitis..a nasty one too..and now ia m feeling like i am getting a sinus infection..i MUST sleep more or something lol

yes yes i feel the same!!since about september, i think its stress and FH and i moved in my parents house temporarily(we should be moving out withing next 3 months) so i am around a long of animals which i can be allergic to and cigarette smoke so i think that is what is messing with my sinuses too

UGH yeah, sorry you all feel sick. I even think I have strep throat now! But I work with infants and toddlers so that explains why my immune system is always haywire hehe.
Has anyone ever tried that AIRBORNE stuff that you're supposed to take at the first symptom of a cold? I never believed in it and tried it in Paris just to see, and I actually almost fainted. I think that was from dehydration and sleep deprivation though. I'm sure it's fine 'cause it's just herbs, what do you all think?

ok!! i SWEAR BY AIRBORNE!!!! i work at a school... i'm a speech therapist- i actually go between 2 different schools- so theres ALL kinds of germs... i take an airborne every morning wth breakfast.... been doing it since october- i HAVE NOT gotten sick once since i started taking it! and the kids at work have had all kinds of things... colds, stomach viruses, laryngitis,etc.... haven't gotten any of it... defintely try it-- i can testify that it works!

Oh wow, I'm an occupational therapist - isn't this type of work so much fun? I may have to give the Airborne a try again, thanks for replying!

I've used airborne and this it works ok. I also like echinacea when I first have symptoms of a cold. I take it a few times a day for a few days and then I stop taking it. I swear by it.
