Don't let that ruin it for you. Mine wasn't a surprise and I was still so excited and overwhelmed when I walked in the door and saw everyone. Plus, I got to make sure I was wearing what I wanted and that I looked cute. It'll still be a great day, don't worry about it.

i agree, mine's not a surprise either and I know the date and place now and I'm still excited! You knew you were going to get a shower - just think now you don't have to wonder what day it is and what to wear.

Sorry that she let it slip. She most likely didn't have that intention. I do agree w/ the other ladies that she might have done that in an attempt to throw you off! I am sure it will be a beautiful day for you!
