do i do a set of two for every person or a set of four for every couple?

I like giving a favor per person rather than couple. That way everyone feels like the got something

Seriously Favors was my biggest peeve! We had like 15 different ideas before we finally settled on what we got.

and i always said it has to be something practical
i dont like anything
it makes me wanna rip my hair out

and then i thought ehh coasters
but part of me thinks they look cheap

I started off thinking oh I want to give something practical.. but after reading about favors and where the idea came from I decided to give edible favors...

Here's a little history on them:

It is quite common for many cultures to provide each guest with a wedding favor that contains five candies. Each piece represents one of the five common wedding wishes: health, wealth, happiness, fertility, and longevity. Thus you see people giving small tins of Jordan Almonds or Hershey Kisses.

Because of that, I am sticking to organza bags with m&ms in there.. not five but now... It's simple and you can put labels on them or tie them with personalized ribbon...

so what I did. I was all about favors...then all my friends and family were like, people still do that? no one cares and then I dumped the idea!

do a photobooth or something instead.

my brother just did coasters and they actually were a big hit.....he did glass Love ones with the chinese symbol for love bc his wife is from china....

I say do the coasters.....2 for every person

Personally, I don't mind what would be on favors because I'd probably put them to use.. b ut some may think well this doesn't match my table or whatever...

Those are nice... go for it! Some may throw away some what, I think that is to be expected with ALL favors..
