I had my final fitting yesterday I'm so ashamed of myself I gained 8 lbs back of the 15 I had lost I really let myslef go I am emotional eater and has been so stressed out not only by this but other demons in my closet. I wish I had more strengh. Thanks for listening

will you please stop? you are so beautiful first of all, so i'm sure you look phenomenal in your dress. the stress i think is normal. you're so close. but it will be here soon and all the stress will melt away so you can enjoy your big day!

First take a deep breath. Then write a list of what you feel is a mess (Is it your to do items, mental status) then find friends family and support that can help you deal wit everything..
And Remember It's going to be OK, just BREATHE

I bet you are stressed with everything so close.
Take a deep breath, just think of the rest of your life with your FH, and I guarantee on your wedding day that is what you will focus on.
I stress the 'small stuff' but everyone I know who is married says on that day, you just will care about getting married to your FH.

Awww---don't be depressed! You are going to look gorgeous on your wedding day. Your FH is marrying you because you are beautiful and he's in love with you. That's all that matters---not 8 pounds. Hold your head up high and smile because your day is almost here
