I really wouldn't worry about it..I don't think people are gonna realize that detail...and this is coming from someone who is a fanatic about m aking sure everything goes
honestly that wouldn't bother me..

I think I will bring a friend with me to check it out. I just feel like they clash. I purchased 19 of them from Macy's and I don't think I can return all of them. (long story)

I was going to suggest this as well.. you can get one of those textured paints that makes it look like stone, like a granite.

Re: So disapointed!
why don't you take gold paint and take a sponge and dab the gold pain to make it look antiqued...

I agree! If it bothers you that much, you can get GOLD spraypaint from Pearl paint or any good craft store...they have sparay paint that looks EXACTLLY like metal! I used the copper one on a project once..in fact I will be using it for something in my wedding too!

gosh...I can't believe you even noticed that...
I had silver pedestals, silver favors, etc...with brass and crystals chandeliers. It didn't clash for me at all

Re: So disapointed!
Either spray paint or the wrap around ivy sounds like a great idea!
