So I get a call that my wedding gown is ready for pick up so I go down to the shop to get it. Of course I'm so excited to finally have it. The garment bag has my name, style #, size, wedding date and everything like that, but when she opens the bag it's NOT my dress. They tell me they don't know where my dress and they'll call me when they figure things out. That just *****. The woman tells me 'This never happens.' I don't want to hear that because it happened, and most of all to it happened to me! Hopefully they will make things right and soon.

I have a similar nightmare: because i went to a place where the dresses are cheaper and I just told her the style # without looking at the dress with the lady at the store- so MY nightmare is that i gave the wrong style #!!!
at least your lady aknowledged it was their fault so they will definetly fix it asap! dont worry!
