**update***

So I took all your advice in this thread and in forum mail and emails and lost 6 pounds since I posted this thread.

I went to Phyllis at Bridal Elegance last night(Gownfind) and she asked me what my bra size was to get me a long-line bra. I told her, she put it on, and it was too big!

She went and got the next size down and it fit perfectly. Helped me put on the underskirt and the dress and I held my breath as she prepared to zip me.

Zipper went right up, no hesitation.

No creases in the dress, it smooths out and doesn't bunch even after I bend over, and it feels totally comfortable!!

She's taking an inch or two off the bottom so I can wear my shoes, and bustling the back. They're also steaming the dress so I can save the money I was going to spend taking it to the cleaner!

Now that I don't need any alteration for the top and it looks wonderful, I can concentrate on my chest, arms, and back muscle toning!

I want to thank all of you, especially FINEY for your help. Couldn't have done it without you, and because of your help, I felt like a princess tonight. I can't wait to see what I'll look like in a month!

Thats great - but be careful!!
Did you stop working out your chest, arms and back a month ago when the dress didn't fit? If so you could have lost that muscle mass which could account for your weight loss also. If you start working on those muscles again they might bulk up again... I hate to sound so discouraging but the thought did come to me and I wanted to be honest with you!!

Thanks ladies!

Lauren, I didn't work my chest and back that much. I was concentrating on cardio and bicep/tricep so there wasn't much muscle mass to lose! I don't put on muscle mass that quickly so I'll see what I can do. Thanks for your advice!

Here's the 'new' diet/exercise plan that I've been following for about 3 weeks:

Exercise: ½ hour cardio workout (I use “Minna Emergency Workout” DVD) two to three times a week. Tricep and bicep curls/exercises twice a week. I started with 5 pound weights and just upgraded to 10 pound weights. If I have the time, I do ab workouts too but I have to lose the weight to get my stomach smaller which means cardio.

Breakfast: 1 packet no sugar oatmeal (mine has splenda in it), 1 piece of whole grain low carb bread with 1 teaspoon low fat peanut butter, 1 large cup of organic green tea, no sugar

Mid-morning: 1 low fat cheese string or 1 weight watchers snack (1 to 3 point value) or 2 Wasa crackers with no sugar fruit preserves, 1 large cup of organic green tea, no sugar

Lunch: Baby spinach salad with 2-3 small tomatoes, celery, and 1 small chicken breast that I marinated in mustard and baked (not fried). For dressing, I use either lemon juice or ½ cup low-fat dressing on the side to dip the salad in. I do not put dressing over the top of the salad, you tend to put on more than you need. And ½ cup of cantaloupe.

Mid-afternoon: 1 low fat cheese string or 1 weight watchers snack (1 to 3 point value) or 2 Wasa crackers with no sugar fruit preserves, 1 large cup of organic green tea, no sugar

Dinner: 1 can of albacore tuna in water not oil, mixed with celery and dill/lemon spices

Dessert: (best if skipped) 1 bar of weight watchers ice cream (3 points)

In addition to the tea, I drink another liter of water a day which gives me about 2 and a half liters total. I don't starve myself and I'm never hungry. I allow one 'cheat' per week which is usually a grilled chicken-black bean-jack cheese quesadilla. I eat 3/4 of it and give the rest to my FH. I try very hard not to eat dessert and to give at least 3 hours between dinner and bed. But it's hard when you get home from work late.

And that's it.
