My two year ann. is coming up ... and I am kinda into the whole lets go out thing to celebrate the two years together...and the first day we said our I love yous... corny i know.... but do you think this will carry on year after year???
Thanks for reminding me! Yesterday was the 2 year anniversary of our first date, and I totally forgot! So in answer to your question, I guess NO!

we celebrate our anniversaries (we've only had 3) by going out to dinner at Ruth's Chris. It's right near Valentine's Day, so we just make it a big combined celebration. Now that we're married, and our wedding date is 2/17, I'm sure we'll just be celebrating our wedding anniversary, and just small acknowledgement of our dating anniversary.

I didnt completely forget...I remembered it over the weekend, I actually said something to him about it. The date just slipped my mind yesterday. I'm getting married in 3 weeks so guess that more on my mind right now!

Congrats on your upcoming 2 year anniversary.
I think once one gets married thewedding anniversary takes over the dating anniversayr. I think it's not forgotten, it's still acknowledged though.

We have been celebrating for 6 years now. 12/04/01 is our date. I dont know what will happen after we get married. We probably will still do our tradition and go to Mamma Lomabrdis. LOL. Plus its a reason to go out to eat LOL>
