Is it just me or is there anyone else ready for wedding planning stuff to be OVER! ?Just made another payment and realized just how much money is really being spent. We have 40 days to go and still have to pay out all the vendors, final payment on hall, not to mention shuttles to rent for the hotel and RD to set up. Im completely bugging out and am ready for all this to be done. I feel bad saying all this. I should be excited! However, there are days that im not and sometimes wished i just eloped. Do you ladies feel this way too?

YES! Plus lately everyone's 'opinions' are driving me insane. People need to remember this day is not about them or what they want! I've been super over the whole planning thing lately. People keep telling me it's the best part but all I want to do is fast forward and get to the wedding day! Ok, I'm done with my rant! :)

Yesssss! I'm trying not to think about the whole money thin because if I do I will probably bug out, which I have somehow managed to not do too frequently. I am over hearing what everyone has to say about everything, and I am ready for someone to say that the idea I came up with is great!

We paid off our minimum at our hall a few months ago and all of our other vendors are down to small balances, so the money part of it doesnt bother me so much. Im all about telling people to shut the H E L L up lately. If I hear one more time 'oh your not doing this' 'oh your not using that picture' 'oh this persons not coming' 'oh we forgot to invite this person can I call them' I swear to god I am going to lose my mind. I can not wait for the next 32 days to be over so that our day can come, we can get married, and every one can just leave us the heck alone!

The money definitely stresses me out. For every payment at WM we are doubling it so that we aren't stuck paying off 15,000 a month before the wedding. So our first payment besides the deposit was Sept 1 for 4000 but we gave 8000..now our next one is oct 1 for 3000. Technically we don't have to pay it bc we already paid it in sept but we are still going to pay it and double it, and so on. Still so stressful and SO much money

Yeah, the money thing was definetely the worst. I dreaded payment days. I was also over wedding planning and I am happy that it's over. Don't worry, you are close! The wedding will be here before you know it. Hang in there!

I feel your pain! I am so over everyone giving their opinions. Yes you are entitled to your opinion but if you are going to push it on me and tell me how bad mine is, THEN I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT!

I don't understand why people think it's their party and can partake in all the decision making and make you feel like sh*t when all your doing is doing what makes you happy and what you like.. which is what we should be doing since its OUR wedding! It kind of ruins the whole experience and this is going to be a once in a lifetime experience and I would really like to enjoy it not remember how much I hated it.

Okay that's how I feel haha sorry for the rant.

Aside from worrying about the budget, I'm finding the planning to be more of a challenge than I expected. Choosing the big stuff was easy for me, but I am floundering over making all these small decisions and trying to add little personal touches. I guess, for me, there is major truth in the old saying, 'the devil's in the details.' I'm still excited for the wedding, but just wish the planning part was finished already...and I only have 5 months to go!

you are not alone! I have 102 days to go and my divorced parents are luckily paying but it has not been fun. it's been nonstop arguments. I think they are getting loans last minute or at least my mom is. but that's because of instead of putting money aside like a responsible adult my mom blew all her money shopping. not even kidding lol. FH everyday is like how does your mom offer to pay for wedding then blow wedding money on purses. *sighs*

I cannot wait for wedding planning to be over with and life to go back to normal. we went to Mexico few weeks ago for a long week and didn't have to deal with anything. best 7 days ever!

I tell everyone I know run to Vegas if you wanna get married don't do this lol. actually it might not have been too bad if it wasn't for my parents. they have complained 99% of the way. along with my mom's crazy southern family who all have opinions and think they know NY better than I do. I mean because it's not like I live here... lol. seriously I had an aunt a few weeks ago accuse me of picking the most expensive limo possible. I have no idea how one would even do that to begin with and I picked lancelot. no way is he expensive. once things are paid though I guarantee you will go back to feeling excited. at least that's how I get once things are okay
