so down

I cant really go into detail but I'm seriously so down about stuff going on at work... I have no motivation at all and I'm just sitting here feeling like krap. I want to cry.

I gave up chocolate for lent and I'm contemplating walking over to duane reade to buy bags and bags of chocolate :(

Don't go for the chocolate. You'll just feel guilty about it which will only make you feel worse in the longrun.

But maybe do go out for a quick walk? It's nice out...not as warm as earlier in the week but not too cold.

It's almost the weekend.

Dont give into the chocolate. Like Kris said- go take a walk to clear your head.
