So during my lunch hour

I spent it REAMING out the TD employee who was lucky enough to help me....

my 5k went 'missing' but 'OH LOOK HARRIET I WAS ABLE TO TRACK WHERE IT WENT'.....

LADY, I DONT GIVE A FK WHERE IT WENT PUT IT THE FK BACK....

needless to say she credited my overdraft fee and what not.

I am moving to chase when i have the energy....

IF any of you are getting overdraft charges, call your branch and they take them off....

Ugh TD has been really effing up lately. I'm taking my biz over to HSBC as soon as I get the energy, too. LOL!

here is what happened...

when they merged, the two banks tried to merge their computer systems too...

clearly this didnt work and all the funds went into limbo.

its a BIG deal and you really have to fight them on it,

I don't know - she said insufficient is 35 and overdrafting I was charged 210?

I think they fkn make the numbers up she was so useless.....as soon as I saw the overdraft credited and my money back in my acct, I walked out. I can't deal with them..
ONTOP of it, when I was calling the 888 number this morning, it was saying 'this number is not valid'..........WTH

Thats so strange, FH and I have our savings through them and haven't had a problem 'knock on wood' and a friend of mine works there as well and she hasn't said anything about anyones accounts acting like that.
