I really like the idea of having it in a vineyard. Do you girls think it would be cheaper to do it that way or keep it in a hall and church...I also like the idea of the vineyard bc we can do a 'green' wedding, family style food and just very laid back...What do you all think?

I know that martha clara vinyard only charges $1000 site fee. You can't have liquor there only beer and wine. Its very pretty. Someone is haveing the eparty there I believe. You can bring you own food. My cousin is getting married at Vinyard cater's which is really nice. They do everything for you! Let me know how it goes. I think its a cool idea

You can have liquor at Martha Clara but you need to have a caterer who brings it in and will serve it. I know details about Martha Clara b/c my engagement party is there. If you need more FM me. Vineyard Caterer is about $115 pp in season and $95pp off season.

I didnt know you could have a caterer bring in liquor when I called the lady told me only beer and wine bc they dont have a liquor lic. I wish they told me that bc that most likely would have changed my mind on having the eparty there.

The woman is very deceiving, she never told me she could get me the beer license!!! After WEEKS of trying to find a reasonable caterer I found out through a friend. You can have liquor but you need to have a caterer who has the license and will serve. They can't serve liquor. If you get the beer permit through them, they can serve the beer.
