SO EMOTIONAL!

Wow. Our priest told us a while back that FH and I have to write letters to each other explaining why we want to get married. Since I'm about 6 months away, I decided to get cracking on mine. I'm not gonna be able to really give it the attention it deserves in the last 4 months before the wedding since I'll be studying for the bar exam, and I wanted to really get into it.

I just wrote it and I SOBBED during it. When you really have to write down why you love someone, it just reminds you how lucky you are. LOL - either that or I have PMS?

I can't remember which - but he is either going to read them/portions of them at the ceremony or make us read them/portions of them to each other.

It's not PMS- I had to actually tell FH in front of the Rabbi why I want to marry him- after the third sentence that I spoke I started to cry!

Even thinking about it I get misty eyed.

No it's the bar exam!!!! I won't even tell you the things I did when I was studying for it!!!!!!! (I can't I blocked them all out anyway)

Just a little advice. At the end of both bar reviews-barbri and pieper they give predicitons to what the essays will be on. Between the two they usually get most of the areas>>>> Be kind to your body. Get massages. Drink a glass of wine and have faith in yourself.

I don't know when you took the bar, but I have a few friends who took it this past July that were PISSED about the essay topic predictions. I guess some of them were right, but BarBri had said they didn't really need to study commercial papers and then there ended up being a whole essay about it! How frustrating - luckily they all passed anyhow.

I definitely plan on being good to myself. I also hope to start running - I think that would help burn off a lot of stress!!

We actually had to do that as well for pre-cana. They blessed the letters for us as well. We are going to save them for the honeymoon and read them then!
It was def. emotional though! But in a good way

That is a wonderful idea and so sentimental as well! I would be crying too
