So excited!!!

It's not official till all the papers are signed, but I am too excited and I can't hold it in any longer!
FI and I are buying my parents' house!!! I am so happy to be able to own my childhood home!
Will be doing some renovations on the house and put in our own touches, I am so excited!

Congratulations. We also worked out a 'deal' with my inlaws. Its great. DH is so happy we are moving back to the area we grew up in.
