So Excited!!!!

So we put an offer on a co-op and it was just accepted! I know there are a lot of more steps to go before I can get really excited, but the offer was accepted, we were pre-approved for far more than we actually need and FH's aunt lives in the building that we want to buy in.....so that should help expedite the board approval!

I am really excited! My FH and I have been together for almost 7 years and never lived together so this is really big!! I hope the rest of the process goes smoothly!
