So excited!!!! We signed the lease on our new apartment today!!!!
FH and I have been looking for a while. We were going back and forth with buying or renting. We came to the decision to wait until after the wedding to buy a house (maybe next spring). So for the past few weeks we've been apartment hunting. We were about to sign a lease on a 1 bedroom apartment yesterday for $1400 plus utilities but then FH found one in the paper. We looked at it yesterday morning and loved it!!! It's a 2 bedroom for $1100 plus electric!!! So much nicer!!! I'm glad we didnt rush into the other apartment!!! Yay...we're not gonna be homeless!!!!
