I have never considered calla lillys for my wedding because i am oct..and assumed i would do fall colors..but when fh and i were at the fox hollow event last week, Flowers by Michelle had a arrangement that looked great in the room! (which we are in.) I was thinking of ways i could have it w/ more of a fall appeal..what do you guys think of the below pic..and instead of red rose petals...we can have a mix of red/orange etc.....do you think the lilly's would be ok for oct????
calla's come in many different colors. if you're set on using calla's, then I would get the burnt orange and brown colored ones.

another thing you can do is keep the white calla lillies and have leaves around the bottom with candles instead of the petals

actually..the reason why we are considering them is because they are much more reasonable then other arrangements that were there!!! I also liked the fact that the base was narrow..because the tables at FH are narrow.

My girlfriend got married and had the same centerpiece and it look wonderful - I agree with Christine i would go with that burnt orange and mix it wil yellow maybe

The girl I spoke with at Flower Michelle (not Michelle, the other one) at the Fox Hollow showcase said that the calla cp was around $100 and you got to keep the vase. That's going to look beautiful. I am considering doing that as well. She said the other tall cps start at $150 and go up from there.

I'm doing calla lilies for October for the bo-k's and bout's. The colors I have been looking at are deep burgandy to match the girls dresses (or at least my color choice at this moment for the girls dresses).

i love calla lilly's.. The best part of them is you can do them in so many different colors
