Yay!!!
I lasted 15 mins tonight. I tried for the 1/2 hour. I'll keep working towards it though.

The knee hurting is the reason I don't do the elliptical....I can't even really spin for a half hour without my knee feeling like its on fire

Yup. If you keep doing it, you will build yourself up and be able to last longer. You have to be consistent though at the gym

Good for you, I hate the elliptical!!! I don't think I have teh endurance for it (unless I'm just doing it wrong!!)
