So Frustrated...

FH and I ordered a kitchen table on JULY 30th. The store keeps giving me the run around saying, 'Next week' Every week they say the same thing which brings us to NOW. 3 months later I have no table. Next week is the wedding and then my Honeymoon so I might not have the table until NOVEMBER!

FH is calling them today to BLAST them and tell them that we want our money back and it's been ridiculous. Do you think they'll give us our money back if we put a deposit???

Where'd you order it? When we got our couches they wrote the delivery date on the contract, so if they didn't abide by that we could get the $$ back...

Read the contract see what the fine print says. If the manager or owner doesnt help or give you a good solution. Def get money back and tell them you will report to BBB.

It's a handwritten contract that says 2 weeks.

If you paid by credit card you can dispute the charge if they refuse to refund you.

I think they'll probably refund you. Fortunoff is refunding us for an entertainment center they decided to extend from 8 week delivery to 4 months!

UPDATE:

FH called and we told them we'll be in on Saturday and if we don't have our table by then we want a full refund and we'll cancel our order. Oh it's not going to be pretty.
