So frustrated.. updated

So ive decided im going to use my free hair and makeup trial for my engagement pics...

Ive been trying to call and set up an appointment a Maximus for over A WEEK now!!! the woman who handles all the bridal appointments seems to NEVER be at the salon... Ive left numerous voice messages and have called numerous times yet no answer and no response... Its come to the point im going to go for my trial and even if i love the work she does i wont book them for my wedding with the fear i would never be able to get in touch with her for the big day....

SOOO AGGRIVATING... i guess ill have to start looking for other ppl for hair and make up...


Soo i finally got in touch with the bridal coordinator.. and WOW!!!! when i first mentioned i wanted a hair and make up trial for my wedding she was very nice! Then when i told her when my wedding was.. her attitude completely changed...

At first she didnt want to make an appointment for me.. since my wedding was over a year away.. then when i told her i wanted to use it for my engagement shoot.. she said it was fine to make an appointment but her attitude was HORRIBLE!!!!.. i cant believe a 'professional' could act this way especially when its possible business... MMAANNN if i didnt win the trial i would never have even bothered....

Give it a few days, and if she doesn't respond by then, then call up and explain this situation to the salon manager.

yeah, i would feel the same and definately use someone else!
