i am having such a hard time trying to find a job. i have plenty of work experience in the field that i am applying for. everytime i go to an interview they tell me sorry we found someone with more experience....well how can one get more experience if nobody is willing to hire them. im so fustrated.

Is your resume up to date and accurate? They shouldn't be bringing you in to the interview on the first place if you lack the experience.
What field are you looking into?

Go on monster and post your resume. It is a great job website. I got tons of calls from recruiters. Just keep plugging away and don't be discouraged. Something good will happen just be patient.

my resume has been on there for the past 6 months or so. i get calls to come in for an interview, then i get we will contact you and so on. they never call back in the end...like i said before and many people that i have talked to agree....how can you say that you need people with experience, if no one is willing to take what you have or to train you further...ya know what i mean...i have 3 years of experience...i guess i have to keep my head up, but that saying is getting really old right now. its really fustrating.

What kind of work do you do? Have you thought about working with a corporate search firm/recruiter/headhunter?

good luck i know its fustrating. maybe you should get a part time job in the mean time to get you going. I was looking for a job for months and when i finally got a job other offers came.
