i just seriosuly hate talking to like 5 million different people and all of them say something different and they just refer you to someone else, one thing to be sure to do is right down names (or emplyees #s if they give it to you) with date and time of call, this way you can refer back to what they say if anyone gives you a hard time..... hope it work you for you chickie
