so get a load of this....

my CRAZY fmil I dont' even call her that!!!
we asked her if she wanted to be called Ms. or Mrs. on the invitation, she was widowed, remarried blah blah.... anyway she emails fh and says 'save your stamp, don't call me, text me or email me I am not coming to your wedding' we have NO idea why but FH says to ignore her! ah.... ok it is my wedding too and if she doesn't want to come fine with me I can save the invite for someone else!!!!

OMG That's NUTS! So sorry you have to deal with that. My FH doesnt talk to his mother, or brother...so I dont need to worry about inviting them!

i know it is crazy right.... she is mentally ill ( not just saying that)! and refuses to get help so that is what we have to deal with!! I feel bad for FH he had to put up with it his whole life!

but I am sooooooooooo glad I am not the only one thanks for the support

I was going to say that it sounds like she clearly has something going on in her head but isn't communicating it. I feel for you, it is difficult to deal with family members suffering from mental illness!

OMg, how awful!!!!! She sounds like one of those crazies...that gets insulted over something really stupid and then become stubborn, hurts the people she cares about and misses out on something amazing.

My grandmother didn't come to my graduation party because my mother asked my aunt to tell her the time/day of it. My grandmother was appalled that she didn't get a phone call herself. She didnt come to see me graduate, she didn't send me a card or come to my party. Nor has she spoken to me or my mom since.....NUTS!

Don' t let it get you down...you have too many other things to stress over, trying to figure this one out is a waste of time!
