SO I asked my FI...where should we stay on our wedding night??

And he was like 'oh I thought we were going to go back to my house and sleep in my room'...so I started to get so upset...I really thought he was serious!!

So he kept me going for about a minute or so..and then he was like JUST KIDDING!!

He gets me everytime...I fall for it every damn time

My FH does that to me all the time and says 'I'm just playin'

But seriously I asked FH if we could stay at a hotel the night of the wedding and he said 'No, it's just another added expense' Good thing I have just over a year to get him to change his mind!

thats so funny, i would have fell for it too, my fi and i are kidding around all the time. we are staying in a hotel that inght, but when are you ladies leaving for your honeymoon? right away?

We are going to leave for our first little honeymoon a couple of days after the wedding. Our wedding is on a Sunday night and we have a suite at the Garden City Hotel for that night. So I figured we would take Monday off, go back to work on Tuesday and then take off Thursday or Friday to Florida for a long weekend.

yea, we want to leave right away, but its a kind of long flight and we would want to leave in the morning, our wedding doesnt ebd untill 12: 30 at night, by the time we get out of there and change and go back to the hotel, we will only have a few hours before wanting to board a plane. thats what we are confused about

YES!!! We both still live at home

You need to retaliate...how about telling him you want to keep your maiden name and not take his? That would make my DH crazy.

Too funny! FI gets me with stuff like that too! We are also getting married on a Sunday night and plan on leaving for our HM on Tuesday. I can hear Aruba (I think!) calling!!

I had a dream that we are at the wedding, and my parents wer getting up to leave, and I ran after them and asked why they were leaving w/out me, and they said 'You're married now, you have to go home with your Husband' and then I yelled at them and said, 'But, I love living with you guys.' How insane is that! Hahahahahahaha!

You never know. If you don't have something planned maybe someone will rent you a room at a nice local hotel and make that their gift. I read how someone did that in Chicken Soup for the Bride's Soul, it's a good book with some really cute ideas!
