SO i asked my longtime male friend to be my man of honor!

Me and my FH went to dinner with my friend, and i asked him if he would stand by me on my side, as my friend, as my man of honor. I told him that since we have known eachother since 3rd grade it would mean alot to me! And he Said YES!!! I was soo nervous because I thought he might feel uncomfortable, standing with all the girls, but he was fine with it. He felt honored to do it! So he will Stand behind my Maid of honor. And I will have them walk down together, being FH will be standing with the BM already. He will also be leaving with the rest of the groomsman! Iam so excited! I know its a little different to have a maid of honor and a man of honor, but I couldnt be happier! Thanks for letting me get my excitement out! Woooohooooo!!

Thanks! I have been putting it off for so long because i was trying to figure how to ask him, and didnt know if it was going to look funny having him stand on my side, but the more i thought about it I said screw it, thats what i want! LOL. Iam so happy!

That is something that a friend of mine did to me- he asked me to be his Best Woman (instead of having a Best Man) and I loved that he asked me .. that is just really cool!
