So I began stuffing my invitations...

last night. I spread everything out on my area rug and was sitting on the floor organizing and setting up. Then, I hop on the computer real quick to put an away message up before returning to stuffing...

I hear 'lick, lick, lick' and I think nothing of it.

I hear 'sluuurp, lick, lick'...

I look over and there is CHARLOTTE licking my invitations (the envelopes no less- with the calligraphy ON them)

There was, thankfully, no damage done and they dried fine but I swear- this dog, I swear.

My heart skipped about FIVE beats.

Freaking dog... who could stay mad at her? Look at that face!

daniiii shes just happy to see mommy and daddy getting married!! and shes in love with them as well thats why shes licking them.....

Good idea!!! She was about two minutes away from chewing and the other day she came over with paper like crustified in her beard-- and I'm like W T F??? And I realize that she chewed one of my Bridal Shower thank you cards to BITS!

I <3 doggies! I have a dachschund who has been known to eat similarly important items, but schnauzers are sooooo cute too, and worth the possible disasters!!
