so I decided to put on a pot of sauce this morning

before coming to work.

I chopped the worst onion EVER.

the most stinging pain..I actually had to rinse my eyes.

It better taste good.

I learned something new a few weeks ago while chopping an onion. I'll share and hopefully it'll help next time.

Light a candle.

Apparently the flame attracts the acids so they don't bother your eyes as much. I tried it and my eyes didn't hurt, who knew.

I still want some of your sauce. You need to move to Suffolk.

Not that it would help. SOME PEOPLE (who are pregnant and named Lauren and have a screenname of Naunie) live within spitting distance of me and don't ever want to visit.
