I took my sis out last night, since she was home and just turned 21 and I promised to take her out.

After a few vodka/cran/7ups, she slipped in front of my friends and told them the place.

Good luck trying to hide it now. LOL.

I'm not mad. I don't care either way really, surprise or no surprise, I'll be happy.

In fact, a [now EX] friend TOLD me I was getting engaged she made me promise not to tell anyone she told me. I actually kept the secret for a while mainly because I didn't know what to do with myself.

THEN, a few months later, I was having dinner and drinks with a friend and blurted it out after 2 glasses of wine. It wound up being a good thing: she told FH that i knew and he was pissssed as HELLL, but managed to work around it and really keep me guessing. In the end, I was surprised! Not too much, but enough so that the moment wasn't spoiled by this disgusting selfish friend that THOUGHT she was doing me a FAVOR by telling me I was getting engaged.

WHO DOES THAT?! Hence the reason for her being an 'EX' friend.

Anyhooser, even though you know where it is, maybe they'll still try to keep you guessing. It's great that you're not mad though.
