so i got my album back

i thought maybe once my pics were in the album i would love them . but i still hate them
they were supposed to put a few pics on each page(i wanted this to break up the album a little instead of having all the 8x10 pics) well they didnt do it.. some of the pics were reversed (in the proofs i was on the left and dh wa son the right in the album on on the right and dh is on the left) and some of the pics were blurry .

as i was about to say something because i have been so fed up with them dh gave me the look of death not to say anything . when we left he told me dont even bother it's over and done with we had a great wedding dont let this ruin it.
which he is right but i feel i should get what i paid for ..

Your pics are some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. I'm sure your album is gorgeous.

I am so sorry you went through this with your photographer! I know what DH's means but I would still voice my opinion so that they know that you didn't get what you paid for!

I think your pictures were gorgeous though!

your dh is right...don't let this ruin the beautiful wedding that you had. i would write a letter to the photographer to say how unhappy u r with the album

I had just been drooling over your photos the other day, wishing I had shots like what you had.......

Nic, Im sorry that you are so unhappy with your album!
We are our owns worst critic and Im sure that there are some beautfiul pictures inside that album.
If I were you, I would tell the photographer how dissappointed you are and see if there is any way of you getting your proofs on a cd that way you can take you pics anywhere and have a really nice album done.
Even shutterfly and snapfish have do it yourself albums.

Sorry to hear you are so unhappy. To be honest I would say something just on the fact that you paid to have a job done and it wasn't up to your standards. From what I see in your albums your pics look great!!

i, too, am very sorry to hear that you're not happy.

granted, your dh has a point.

i only have one new thing to add: try calling/contacting your photog... maybe have your parents do it... and ask them if you/your parents can buy the negatives. or if they can sell them the proofs on cd.

this way you can do whatever you want with them. you can re-print them, you can create your own album, and so on.

the worse they can say is 'NO' and you're already at 'NO'

Oh i'm so sorry! I agree with the other girls though, you did have great pics... you were gorgeous!

The one thing i'd be mad about are the blurry pics... how could they give you the album with blurry pictures!?

my photographer called me to proof the album on cd and then once i ok'd it it was to my liking.. he did not do this for you? i might complain

Sorry to hear you are dissappointed

I would still call the photographer you have nothing to lose. If you are not happy with the album you might be disappointed everytime you look back at it. Give the photographer and call and see what they have to say.
