imo i wouldn't pay $135 to get my makeup done if i was a bm. i refused to pay more than $125 for my own for the day of!

I think that's pretty expensive for makeup. Most of the people I contacted were between $125 and $150 for the bride.

thats really a lot. Sandra Baldini uses all MAC products and she is far more reasonable!

i thought so too...but she has such high reviews on projectwedding and she's very close to my parents home (in jersey)
there are also other options to choose her assistants:

Sorry to tell you think but this is still higher than I have seen for the actual artist not the assistant. If you are stuck bc there is no one in NJ or willing to go to NJ then I guess do it.

I agree... i dont like that either... the FAQ's is actually kinda rude too
i.e.:
Why is there a travel fee? Because someone is getting in a car and driving to you.
Can we use our own make-up? Of course, if you are doing your own makeup in the mirror and not booked with ****

Wow if you have the money and KNOW she is amazing then I say go for it.
But honestly I think it's a rip off. And to say someone over 35 has mature skin is insulting.
