So I had my sort of make-up trial
I just met with Safie Russell who is really nice and personable. We didn't do a full trial, but did a color trial. We talked about the colors of my wedding, what look I'm going for and what colors I want to stay away from. I told her I wanted to play up my blue eyes so she did one eye with a little blue and I wasn't crazy about it so we talked about the colors I liked and she did it again and bam it came out perfect. The color is great! Next was the lips. She mixed a gloss and lipstick and nailed it. It looks great! I'm not taking pics because my eyes are 2 different colors and she didn't do anything else. But here's her deal. They do packages with skin care and if you're looking to have glowing sking then you definitely want this. I already have my own skincare routine so I won't be buying any of their products. Pricing is $75 for bride if you get skincare products, $100 without. BMs is $50 with skincare, $75 without. Here's the best part about it - you get a trial included in that price and so do your BMs. She even said that since I have BMs coming in from OOT she will come the day before my wedding to do the skin matching with the foundations. And if you want her to be with you on your wedding day for touch ups its an extra $100 and that covers anyone that got their makeup done by her. So worth it! ![]()
