So I had to cancel my epics for tomorrow.

So I had to cancel my epics for tomorrow.

I woke up this morning with a cold sore on my lip. I was devastated. It hurts. I couldnt see myself trying to smile through it. I am so afraid I will have one on my wedding day. That is the only thing that I am worrying about happening that day.

Why now!!?!?

I have one too on the top of my lip, its a cold sore, mine is due from the cold wind and sun bec i was outdoors this past weekend, my face is soo dry, i hate it

I dont understand why I get them. I mean I have gotten them for being in the sun in the past. I noticed also that the cold weather can bring them on. Whatever the reason, I am starting to think I'm cursed. The first time my epics were scheduled we had a death in the family and I had to cancel and now this happens when we tried again. W. T. F.?

That stinks I am so sorry. It usually happens to me when there has been a lot of stress or when AF comes. It drives me crazy!!!

I feel like I made the right choice, but FH is mad because its like the second time around we've tried to do this and he thinks the photographer is goign to be fed up with us. Well because I've been calling up Duet and switching the photographer I want left and right and up until today kept having second thoughts on the location of the Epics. I'm stressed over the stupidest things.

Sheila no matter who takes your pictures or what is growing on your lip you will look amazing. You are a beautiful girl and it doesnt matter who is taking the picture...you will turn out gorgeous!! Im sure you are not the first bride to change things around and cancel multiple times. This is the only time in our lives where we can be picky about every detail, I mean we brides have been planning our wedding day our whole life and our FH have most likely been planning only the last few months. Tell Brian if he has a problem with it, talk to me ha ha

Stress can bring them on as well as the change in weather. You can be proactive by going to a vitamin store and getting a bottle of the vitamin supplement Llysine ( i believe that is how it's spelled), it's an antioxident, my father and brother swear by it, they havent' had any break-outs for 5 years!!! But you have to take it everyday, good luck!

He'd better watch himself today. I'm fragile.

Just try to relax. THey may also be caused by stress. I'm so sorry that happened to you. I get psoriasis on my legs sometimes and once on my chest and arms a bit (can be caused by stress, too) and I'm so worried I will have that on my wedding day, too.

I don't get these but I have a co-worker who does from time to time. To prevent them, when she feels one starting to emerge, she gets a prescription for Valtrex and it supresses it. Maybe you should do that before the wedding. I think they can be caused my stress too, right?

I used to get them in the corner of my mouth they were painful and so gross. I went to the Dr and it ended up I just needed to take Vitamins it's a sign of deficiency. Maybe it could be that. I haven’t had one since.
