And it went really well, I have a 2nd interview next week.
The hours are 8am-7pm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't get used to that!!!!

It's in Garden City and the pay does NOT compensate for all those hours!!! (I hope I don't get it-hee hee!!!)
I have another interview tomorrow, I hope that goes well and has normal working hours!

I'm not a lawyer but I work in a law firm and atty's hours are pretty much the same as that here...and at my last firm too! I thought that was standard, but if it's not I know what I'll be looking for after I graduate law school!

Congrats on the callback!!! Is it a big firm - is that why it has the insane hours? Those hours are the reason why I refuse to work for the big firms - Sure it is usually good money - but you dont have time for a life to spend that money.

Wow, that is weird for a small firm. My hours are 9:30-6:30pm. But that doesn't mean I leave at 6:30 everyday. If there's work to be done, I have to stay. My firm is in Manhattan.
