So, I have my 2nd fitting tonight and I've been dying to try the 'shrink wrap' at Bliss spa. Basically, they wrap you up like an enchilada and supposedly you 'lose inches!'
I do feel a bit slimmer but we'll see how I feel in the actual dress!

what did you feel like when they were doing it? is it annoying to sit there for 60 minutes wrapped up in stuff?? was it super hot?

It was actually SO relaxing! They dry brush you first, which is a little annoying. Then they wrap you up. It feels warm and soothing. I actually fell asleep!!

I had these little undies that they provided and she always covered up the chest area with a towel...
The lounge at bliss is so awesome as well. So relaxing with little snacks and water with lemon... I could LIVE there!

Well, the weight you lose is water weight. I think it should only last for at most two days but for me, it's a perfect little 'boost' right before the wedding.
The cost of it is $115 but I feel it's worth it because it was a relaxing afternoon with snacks and a great lounge area. I don't do this often so I figured what a great way to relax 4 weeks before the wedding.
We'll see if I see results tonight at my fitting!! Apparently, there were FOUR girls before me that had the same treatment. One girl was wedding dress shopping and another had an event to attend that evening.

i did a detoxifying seaweed wrap at the spa at st tropez in port jeff. the seaweed is supposed to extract water from the body so you lose 'water weight'
i didnt feel any slimmer but the experience was nice. youre naked except for a paper thong they give you and they scrub your body to exfoliate all the dead skin off and then brush the mixture over your entire body and wrap you up in cellophane (i think?) and a blanket lol
when they unwrap you you take a nice hot shower to wash off all the seaweed. it was definitely relaxing!

I'm doing the 'Deep Sea Detox' on Friday before my wedding... I was deciding between that and the Shrink Wrap... maybe I'll switch it, def keep us posted on how you feel after your fitting.. I'm so excited asbout going to the spa, I've heard its a lot of fun
