and my mom's an a$$ and scheduled it for APRIL 4..............THAT'S EASTER!!!!!
We were sitting here going through a timeline of the next few months, and said that my nephew's communion is April 24, I have a wedding April 17, and I'm going to Philly for B-pics on April 11. Then I mentioned 'and I think Easter is the first week.' Suddenly my mom's eyes lit wide open......she looked like a deer in headlights!!!!!!
I said 'Don't tell me you scheduled my shower that day! Don't you look at a calendar?????' She told me to get the calendar and sure enough, it's the same day as Easter......my mom's response 'Oh Sh!t'
I told her she better call my sisters now before they go to sleep

OMG Laura!!! I dont understand why the restaurant didnt say anything about that its Easter! I hope she didnt send out the invites yet and she is able to change it

I seriously just emailed my mom to inform her that April 4th is Easter so this wouldn't happen to me (she is just starting to plan now). Thanks!!!
