So I just got an e-mail from my sorority...

Asking for $$.

What else is new.

I'm sure this has already been done, but what the hell I need to get to 1000 by Tuesday.

Anyone here a sorority gal? What house?

Sorority chick here...

I graduated in 1994, and they have been asking for money ever since...when I was president, we NEVER asked alumni for money. Perhaps they need to raise the dues rather than hitting us up!!!! sorry, I know i sound insensitive, but that's how I feel...

Delta Zeta, I graduated in 1998, my local chapter doesn't hit me up for money, but the national one does, all the time. I would rather give it to the chapter for something they need then to the national chapter.

actually it was the nationals that asked

I'd almost feel better if it was the chapter - then I know that whatever $$ I donate would go directly to my school.

Sorority girl here too! The national chapter always sends stuff for money. Plus I get offers for their credit card. With the card 1% goes to the national.

I went to tha same school, was in the same sorority, and graduated the same year as shelzyp. One day I got letters asking for $$$ from my Sorority, College and High School
