...And because of the postage increase occuring on May 12, and the large square size of our envelopes, it's gonna cost us $1 in postage per envelope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I just spent $150 on 100 $1 stamps and 100 0.41 Forever stamps! Holy moly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

same here! it was 97c when i got them weighed in march, but we bought the $1 stamps... now with the price increase it's going to be $1 so we can mail them out after the date if we want. we will prob be mailing on May 17ish.
I think we bought 170 of each

I knew square envelopes would cost more but ours are apparently like, EXTRA large or something LOL! If I had known that, I may have chosen different invitations! Sheesh!

Ha! I have you all beat!!!! My invitations including RSVP cards cost..........$2.15!!!! That's totally insaine!!!!
Having them out of my hands and mailed away......PRICELESS!!!
The Bonus was that my invitations were free!! All i had to do was the postage. So times that $2.15 x 100 invites.......a whopping $215 Total!!!!
OMG! How heavy are your invitations?!?!?! I guess its totally worth it though, since they were free! That's amazing!
what made the rsvp cards 58?

Mine are like 7 1/2 inch squares so they're pretty big I guess. BTW - did you see the post I had done a week ago showing off what your sister made me??? Love it!!!

Re: So I just went to the Post Office...
The RSVP cards were .58 because they are tripple mounted!
I have a brown, aqua and ivory card for each item........Invitation, RSVP & Festivities to folow card. So yes....they are 'slightly' heavy!
I will post pic's soon!!! They are totally off the hook!!!! We had the envelopes hand addresses for free too!! And her handwriting is amazing!!!!
