My father informed me the other day that my Pastor will not my officiating my ceremony because he was caught kissing a woman that was not his wife Therefore, he has been suspended from the church. Ahhhh, this would only happen to me. Surprisingly, I'm having a very good sense of humor about this and I don't want to rip my hair out. Can anyone recommend a resonably priced officiant for me? TIA

Sorry to hear about this. Funny that a man like that would have the gumption to actually perform a ceremony of holy matrimony when he himself has no idea what it means!

That is quite the story!
I Am meeting with Rev Deb Viola this Sat. But Pastor Mike (who is a vendor on here) did my friends wedding and he was GREAT. I don't know about prices though.

Was this officiant a priest or deacon? Was this going to be a church wedding or an ouside officiant? if it was going to be a church wedding, i would look for someone else at the church to marry you rather than go to these outside vendors, JMO.

It was a Pastor. He was filling in at my church because we currently do not have a Pastor. I'm not having my wedding at the church though. I'm having it at my RH.

Judge William Corbett; he was fabulous and reasonable. he'll read anything you like, he does religious, non religious, whatever. and a great guy.
