So, I passed out on the subway this morning UPDATE p 3

Original post by eogara

It was the worst thing ever!!! All of the sudden, I just felt totally out of it and I could feel my knees buckling under me. Some guy got up and put me in his seat and another woman took her bottle of water and kept washing my face with it. It was so embarrassing And, I still don't know why it happened!!!

This better not happen on Sunday

I hope you're feeling better (although you're probably not). We're all here if there's anything we can do. Especially any last minute wedding things we can take off of your hands for you.

Eileen this happened to me once too during a period of a lot of stress. I too had to wear the heart monitor and such. It truly turned out to be nothing other than being stressed and not taking care of myself. Please rest up and try to take it easy. Enjoy the time off before your wedding this way you will be well enough to enjoy your honeymoon.

Funny story: You know the black pack of the heart monitor that you have to wear around your waist. Well, I was wearing mine. I had to go to work. After work I had to stop at CVS and I had a suit on so there was a 'bulge' in my waist band and you could just see some black sticking out. The cashier was just staring adn staring at it and was very nervous while I was on line and while she was ringing it up. I finally had to lift up the flap of my suit jacket and say, it's a heart monitor. You should have seen the look of relief that came over her face.

Oh, Eileen, I'm really sorry you're not feeling well. But most of the time it's nothing. don't let it spoil your wedding!!!!

I had some dizzy spells soon after Seb moved back to the UK. I was on my way to see him and I nearly passed out on my way to the airport, and then again in the airport. I didn't really think anything of it until it happened again a couple of weeks later. I went to see the doctor and they did a blood test, but before we even got the results she said it was probably just due to stress. I didn't think that his moving away was that 'stressful' really, it just upset me A LOT, but she said that that's most likely what it was. The blood test came back normal. Plus, I was rushing to make my plane and I hadn't eaten.

Anyway, I would just try to stay calm, try to delegate as much as you can and take some hot baths! Take care of yourself and remember to eat and drink your juice!!! I know how stressful it can be to plan a wedding, but you're in the home stretch and soon you'll be blissfully married and virtually stress free! ( about the stree free part! )

Best wishes for a wonderful day! You'll be a stunning bride!!!

Oh Eileen I am soooo sorry!!!! I am sure that whatever it is it will be gone after the wedding...its just stress and there is no need to go to the hospital - he was being overly cautious. Rest up for the next few days and delegate everything to others!!! Let me know if you need help too - we live close!
