So I spent $55.00 at the pump today...

a little over 7 gallons cost 27.00. we kept saw the price go up and up and up

ugh! FH was pumping gas the other day and I'm watching the numbers go up and up and up...It finally stopped at $66.01!!! I wanted to puke!

$57 for half a tank!!!!

Gotta love my V8!

I know none of you want to hear this (I sure didn't!), but driving at 60 MPH on the highway will save you gas!

I am a lead foot but listened to my FH when the prices went over $3 a gallon. He’s been telling me this for a while now. and it is so true. the faster and more aggressive you drive, the more gas your car eats.

i agree. i'm still trying to convince my hub that but he just won't listen. i use the car less because of his habit. luckily we live in brooklyn where stores or mass transit, etx is accessible by foot.
