These are REALLY beautiful - and you can totally tell they are from the heart and so real to you and not just generic 'love' words. Great job

only thing I can think grammatically is below but honestly don't think it matters b/c they are poetic and you can take poetic license for sure.. but the following

I promise to listen, to respect you, to forgive when there is the inevitable bump in the road.

should technically either have an 'and' btwn respect you and to forgive. . or be like a list I promise to: listen, respect you, forgive

but I really don't think you need to change them. .
