So funny...I was just talking about this last night with my MOH because she thought my reception sounded too short because its 5 hours. I thought that was standard but maybe it isnt?!

That's what time mine was and I have to say- when the DJ announced it was the last song of the evening~I wanted to cry I could've partied (5) more hrs.

we have:

530-630 CH
630-1130 Reception

we were oroginally getting 5.5 hours but we are paying for the extra 1/2 hour

5 hours is the norm...

we're doing the extra hour (for the viennese hour) and honestly, we're scared guests will leave early.
CH starts at 6
reception starts at 7 and goes till 12.

Mine was 5 hours including CH (well really 5 1/2 b/c they opened CH a 1/2 hour early). I could've continued to party all night (well I did at the after party), but I think a lot of my guests were about done by the 5 hour mark, lol.
