So I went to Femina on Sat...
and had my eyebrows and lip threaded for $7!!!! What a great find- thanks Curly2003!
It's definitely a no-frills place, so if you don't need a lot of pampering when you get your brows done, I recommend.

Same as eyebrow threading, but around the lip area.
