So I went to Fortunoff last night

And the salespeople were so RUDE! I saw a wedding band that I wanted to try on so I nicely asked the woman who was behind the counter and waiting for another customer to make a decision if I can just see the band while he was making up his mind and she literally pushed my hand out of the way and said 'wait your turn, i can only help 1 person at a time and I'm busy right now.' So I turned around and walked out. I understand that they're busy and customers can be insane (I worked at a store what went out of business once and it was total chaos) but you can be nice about it.

FH and I had the same issue when went to look at bands the woman was so rude we walked away from the counter!

wow. u are better off going to tri county. fortunoff marks their shyt up soo much.

if u still want to see that band, go back..it might be worth it to get treated like pooo if u can save a ton of moneylol

lol I think we're just going to go to the jeweler that made my e-ring. It's not worth the aggravation for me. Plus, by the time i can get back there they probably won't have it anymore. They had signs that said only 10 days left so I'm sure people are going to be even crazier.

we had the same exact experience. completely same. FH said not to be mad at them, they are just upset over losing their jobs

They are spread thin - If I walk into a going out of business liquidation sale I know I'm not gonna get the best customer service...
