so I went to my old job today...

...to pick up a pair of sunglasses for FH (i worked for a contact lense practionier who was located in an eyeglass store...i worked there for over 5 years...) and as i am grabbing the suns and putting my credit card through the machine, my old boss sticks his head out of his office and offered me my old job back...
when he asked me i was like hel yea!! i have to talk to one of the other girls that works there tomorrow to figure out if my schedule will work with what they need, and if it does I have a second job!! woohoo!!
(is it normal to be excited about having a second job?)

I'd love to find a second job that woud work around my full time one. It's just hard to find a place where you can only do weekend or nights only after 6. Can't tell you how many resumes to stores, shops, etc that I was told they need someone with more availability.

I just want a 2nd job for like a year so that every $$ from that job goes into the wedding bank. Even if it only pulls in like 2k, it's still 2k!

it is! i do coaching and tutor time on the side and all those checks go right to the wedding fund. its not much from tutor time but every little bit helps.

Good for you!!! And its totally normal, by the way! Why not be excited about having extra $$$???! I've been thinking about getting one for a while, but I dont know when I'd have the time. FH might get one, just until the wedding.

I would be excited too! I'm actually going to start looking for a 2nd job as well. Something close to home for a few hours a night. There's a rite aid down the street. Was thinking of a basic cashier job.
