so I went to PC Richards and..

brought my microwave to get fixed. after a year and a 1/2- all of the sudden it wouldnt start- the button seemed stuck- i found the receipt and i had gotton the extended warranty for two years, which i never do.. it didnt expire until sept of this year.

i brought it back to get fixed and the guy said just go pick out another one for the same price!!!!! we couldnt believe it! so we picked out another stainless steel one- different brand- !

i was so happy..
