So I'm a little annoyed...

I have to do all these 'oops' letters b/c I screwed up our engagement invites...

87 letters
87 labels for the guests
87 return address labels
seal and stamp 87 envelopes

And guess who's not helping me? Yep, FH.

I swear, I HATE this engagement party - it's not AT ALL what I wanted, it's everything he wanted and now he can't even help with the letters. I am so mad.

I wish, I wish, I wish I could go back to January - I'd do this frigging thing all over again and not consider his feelings at all.

take a deep breath! i would kick his @ss!!!! make him help you doesnt he know that you now make all his decisions!!.. although i cant really talk im doing all of the STD's by myself.

ok i was the same exact way leading up to my engagement party - or as I lovingly called it 'my mom and FMIL's engagement party' I was a total brat

and then the day came and it was wonderful!! It will all be worth it I promise!!

Of course!! What the he!l else are we here for?! We're here to b!tch and complain about the planning process and when are FH's are total jackasses!!!!!

a few weeks before my e-party all i said is how this party is just a big PITA and driving me crazy...All the DIY projects were making me go insane, running back and forth to the city numerous times, then taking care of flowers for 3 days and all the other aggrevations.

Once it started i forgot all about it and had a great time...oh and the drive there i was SCREAMING on top of my lungs the whole drive bc my parents left late and i had all the flowers and told Fh to put all the vases in our trunk well he tells me on the way there that my uncle put them in my dads car so i get to the RH and can't even set up and we didnt have alot of time left, luckily my dad drives like a maniac and instead of a 45 min drive from where they were, he made it in 20 mins, and EVERYONE who worked at CLM and us had to rush bc we had less than 10 mins to set it all up , once guests came that is all out of your head

i can totally relate! I CRIED the whole way to my engagement party and I wanted to elope at that point.

I didnt even care what I wore - my MOM bought something to wear bc i refused to go shopping. . . i didnt even really put on makeup bc i had a headache from all the crying so i didnt care. . . and my hair was a mess.

now looking back i wish i had just relaxed before bc once it started it was a great time and i was sad when it was over!

i KNOW what you mean, FH didn't say one word and you had to see the look on his face, he look terrified ...I was punching the dashboard and kept yelling THESE F***** ppl didn't leave yet, and you know when you get so angry you cry well i started doing that...WOW sometimes we stress too much about certain things, i was just so mad that my guests will show up and we're still setting up but meanwhile i also drove my parents crazy and my dad felt SO HORRIBLE, he had no idea they were in his car lol, i called him on the way to let him know...my uncle is the one who did it, and i told FH uhmmm i told you where to put everything why didnt you tell my uncle something, he said uhmmm your uncle is 6'4 im not gonna tell him what to do lol

but yeah Jenn, as annoying as it all is now, you'll have an amazing time at the party, even more so bc of all the work you're doing...I was like im dancing all night, i worked my a** off an need to just have a good time now

wow, my e-party is tommorw, and i threated to call the whole thing off numerous times this week.

It was just so unfair of FH to make me go away all week with him. When i had sooo much DIY and running around to buy all the supplies.

He has not helped with anything, and i just asked him to get haircut, cause it seriously looks gross.
and i asked him to get the 777 scratch offs for me as well. since i really cant be running to much.

Im ready to pass out right now.

I think i will just have to be drugged up, so i am on cloud 9 all time and nothing phazes me.

that is why after my e-party i said NO DIY projects for the wedding, i was so exhausted all week. So the e-party was a good trial run lol
