no, I do not know her, but I came across this obituary in the Southampton Press. I cannot imagine the feelings going on...gaining a new child, and losing her mom.

My doc delivered her baby. I heard my doc took it really hard. It is horrible. She had an anyerism but they delivered her daughter.

That's awful. You'd think that would be so rare these days. . .

This is what my recurring nightmare is... I die in my dream while giving birth... then I am a ghost and I see my FH holding the baby crying and there is a sheet over me. I have this same dream over and over. I am so scared to have kids now.

That is so sad. A girl I worked with also died while giving birth .. and I also thought how difficult that must be .. gaining a child, but losing your wife.

Wow, that is so sad. Julz I have had similar dreams. I was terrified when I gave birth to my baby. My mother was also very scared (she was in the delivery room with us) because she remembers the nightmares I used to have of me dying during labor when I was child.

The woman had an anyerism... it was going to happen whether she was under stress from labor or under stress taking care of 2 kids. It was like a time bomb waiting to go off. In a weird way it was a good thing she was with other people when it happened so her kids werent home with her alone...

My dad also had an anyerism in 91 and passed away. Its a truely tramatic experience for all involved.

I could find some news story about nurses and docs leaving sponges and surgical equipment inside their patients for you

Wow, you sound just like me! I have been thinking and thinking about the subject of aneurysms ever since seeing Jersey Girl. I have truly convinced myself that this is going to happen to me someday. Bad enough I suffer from constant headaches/migranines , so I always think SOMETHING is going on in there !!

The original story posted is so terribly tragic. So young and so sad to die in childbirth

May God bless her children and family

Hey, I'm one of those people who a doctor left a surgical item in while I gave birth. The nurses were suppose to remove the item soon after birth once the bleedinf ceased, but...THEY FORGOT ( and I was not aware that it was in there)!! I found it a few days later at home, I'm licky I didn't die of sepsis!!!!
