Ok...so, the wedding is in 3 days....so far today, 5 people called to say they can't make it for various reasons. We already didn't make our minimum....and now we are down 5 more. There's only going to be 60 adults and 12 kids now! What a PITA

Sorry to hear that. But just think of this, it's supposed to be sunny this weekend!
And less people, although it sucks because you missed your minimum, means that you can spend more time with the people who matter most!

Im so sorry hon. But I hope you dont stress about it too much. Can you call your caterer and ask them to throw in a couple of things since your minimum is all ready paid for?
